Deep ecology asks a deeper question: not how to use the living world better, but who humans are within it. Leanna Welch, a biophiliac and a polymath, has lived and worked by that intelligence for 30 years, as an entrepreneur, an educator and a community steward.
She brings the same lens to technology. She spent 20 years as a controller and small business advisor, setting up SOX-ready back offices for venture-funded companies, and her background includes technology governance at a major banking institution. She treats every system, human or digital, as an ecosystem: connected, accountable and worth tending. Good records, clear rules and sound approvals keep it healthy, and she runs her own businesses the same way.
Her work comes from care. She teaches joyful embodiment, helps people build and protect biodiversity in their homes and daily lives, and is committed to preserving the village, rebuilding biodiversity in cities, and building integrated health infrastructure and creative health corridors.
Leanna is also a clinical Pilates specialist, certified through the Kane School of Core Integration. She founded Village Pilates in Jersey City and still teaches there herself.

LW Advisory created Opercity. Most founders run on spreadsheets until an investor or auditor asks for clean records. Then they rebuild. Opercity keeps clean records from the first sale, so growing up means turning controls on, not starting over.

People, money, health, home and routines all affect each other. Canopi keeps the whole web in view. Its agent, Steward, prepares what is needed and notices what is out of balance. You approve.
I want this site to work for everyone. I aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.
